A Few More Pics From BodyBack!Boot Camps

Here are a couple of pictures I took from boot camp this morning.  One is a picture of the 9:00 class doing crunches and the other is the 5:45 am class doing the dreaded plank.  The cold moved us inside today but we still had a great time!!
